DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
1) All the shipments will be effected by the courier and covered by an insurance for theft, loss or damage risks.
2) The forwarding agent delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel to your address leaving a notification with a contact number in case you will not in. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender.
3) After having choosen the articles in the basket, select the Country wished for the delivery to know the delivery freight costs.
4) The delivery freight costs are different on the basis of the Country where the goods have to be shipped. The Countries are collected as follows:
· Italy,
· Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerkand, United Kingdom.
· Bulgaria, Canada, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Puerto Rico, Romania, Turkey, U.S.A.
· Rest of the World.
5) The goods will be shipped as the payment will reach us. The foreseen delivery-time is about 3-4 consecutive working days for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Principality of Monaco, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland.

Our shipment service is working all year round, except during the following periods:
- from August 1st to 28th
- from December 24th to January 2nd
The orders effected during these dates will be delivered as soon as possible at the service re-opening.
